As I said, very very deceptive. The Czechs were not nearly as good as
in 2004, which is where a lot of their rating came from.

Ghana were and are better than these metrics suggest... they are tough
in Africa and play mostly only other African teams. So the ratings are
lower than usual. For example, look how high the US were/are rated.
Ghana were definitely no worse than we were.
