If Mancini stays long-term, when people hear 'Manchester' with regard to
football, they'll be thinking of a team in powder blue.

Perhaps it ought to after five barren years, but your point is well-made. Near
as I can tell, when people think of football in London, they think of Arsenal,
then Tottenham, then Fulham, then Chelsea. Strange, really.

He won't stay long because the owners will fire him like they did with
Hughes. As far as the big fish comment, it fit's Tevez perfectly, he
has this need to be adored and a hunger for money, a bit like Ashley
Cole if you think about it?
