I do have a leaked memo from Cameron's office but my scanner's on the blink. FFS. There will be cuts to the NHS whoever gets in tomorrow. They have to fill the hole from somehere. But you only have to look back over the last 50 years to know that Labour backs the NHS and the Tories don't. Labour believes in taxing to fund public services and the Tories don't. Labour believes in helping the poorer members of society and the Tories believe in every man for himself. None of the above is a secret. It's their policies. If you really think the NHS is better off under the Tories then you really are naive. Unless you can post some solid reasoning behind your confidence.
