My understanding is that even if Kroenke makes an offer there's no
guarantee that anyone will sell their shares to him.

If he manages to scrape above 50%, he will have effective control of the
club but not be able to buy out the minority shareholders unless he gets
substantially more. I'm not sure what the percentage is but above a
certain limit (which Kraft have achieved with Cadburys unfortunately)
they are automatically allowed to force the rest to sell their shares
but below that they have to apply for permission to nuke the remaining
shareholders.

Arsenal could easily end up in perpetual limbo with no overall control.

Drivel is obsessed with the Arsenal and will say anything. He hates it
more so today as we had a 2-0 win and Utd were caned 3-1 at Everton.

Time moves on and we are still around one can not dwell on past
results. Hudderfield won 3 League titles in a row don't you know ?
You should pray that Rooney does not get a knock because without him
you are average, as are Team England for that matter.
