Slow center backs, but they should've exercised more caution and got
punished for it.

That was the fault of #14 who decided with England all up front and
committed he'd
try and control the ball that was asking to be hit on the volley. Had
he hit that ball
on the volley there's no way England gets counter attacked. It was
just poor
decision making which is a feature of the England game.
