After such an exit, there'll always be a tendency to try and single
out one single occurence.

More generally, I think it's a combination of tactics/coaching,
players talents, health of the squad, players ATTITUDES, etc.

I was surprised by how rigid Capello was during this tournament.

England needs a new manager. Possibly one who is more expensive.

Let me add one : at 1-2, with still plenty of time to go, why does ENG
go all attacking on a free kick , and get exposed by German blitz
counter attacking ????? More patience was needed.
