I confess TMML. Two matches in a row, the position I struggle the most
with, ends up helping me big time. In both cases, my pick was not
random, somewhere in da intarweb someone hinted both guys could play
RB. I also use some sort of rule of thumb - a heuristic, if I'm
speaking to the press - when picking between 2 players who are equally
obscure to me. Even then, I'm still pleasantly surprised with the
outcome.

Agreed. this was slightly surprising. There were more than a few
defenders in that pool I would pick before Ballesteros, even if you
had left him there.

Indeed. This looks very wrong. Admittedly, I know nothing about The
Unspellable Hungarian, but Tonetto, unlikely Ballesteros, was one of
the players I wished to pick.

After a little scouting, Mostto didn't actually look to bad of a
choice, but I agree, obscure south-americans are extra risky.

Thank you. And thank you for this good, fun match.

These websites beat the hell out of my sources as well (*cough,
cough*Wikipedia*cough, cough*). Besides stating that Carey *is* also a
RB (I only had seen him listed as a CB elsewhere), they also have some
extra info that could be helpful.

:)

I was correct about at least one thing: Evanílson does suck.

From the little I've seen of PSV in this year's Europa League and
some highlights, Dzsudzsák looked like their best player. Very
good dribbler, fast and with a decent shot. His immaturity (getting
himself sent off for touching the referee) cost PSV dearly against
HSV. I'm pretty sure we'll soon see him on a bigger stage.

Indeed Transfermarkt has he valued at 8.500.000 € (third in
Eeredivisie, after Suarez and Afellay), while Tonetto is just
2.000.000 €:
