Let me try to explain this to you one time...

The topic was started in the Manchester United newsgroup, it had
nothing to do with Arsenal or academy's. An Arsenal fan posted that
our academy wasn't producing in the middle of the thread and then
crossposted to RSS.
Now don't you feel very foolish? (If you don't, you have some
serious issues).

The topic was started in both RSS and ASSMU:

"Newsgroups: rec.sport.soccer, alt.sports.soccer.manchester.united"

The mention of MUFC's academy, whether you like it or not, was on-topic.
As you happen to know that it was made by an Arsenal supporter, like a
pouting five-year-old child, you lashed out at something the person who
made the comment likes, in this case Arsenal. No doubt if the comment
about MUFC's academy had been made by GBU, you'd have childishly lashed
out at Liverpool, which would have been equally off-topic and stupid.

Learn to accept that not everyone loves the team you love, and that it
is allowed to criticize them. Bringing up off-topic teams in a response
which boils down to 'OH YEAH?! WELL WHAT ABOUT _YOUR_ TEAM, HUH? HUH?'
is the mark of an intellectual and/or emotional midget. Don't do that.
