Is that what the retiree's do when they are not driving their scooter
through the local Walmart ?
A guy I play soccer with bought a future retirement place down there,
that is how i heard about it. Very dry, lots of sun, easy on the
system, no drafts etc... Problem is he is English, so now he is always
being asked to show his papers to the commandant.

I don't know, but can tell you that the average community college in
the PNW is more middle class than the average community college
student in many other parts of the country!
