Our car manufacturing consist of either foreign owned or small British outfits who supply to niche or top end clients, the motor industry was destroyed in the good old 1970's by Labour and the unions. I think our biggest producer of cars now is Aston Martin which reverted back to British ownership only a couple of years back if I'm not mistaken.

That's interesting that Diablos, the motor industry in the 70's was destroyed by Labour and the Unions eh, it would be interesting if you could expand on that.
