I have to admit though Mental that it would be better to have an anthem
where the words were about our country and not the Monarch. "Land Of
Hope And Glory" may have been a better choice.

No doubt he will be selling DVD's of Avatar 2 and fake Louis Vuitton
handbags when he lands in South Africa.

Now why would that happen? Point of order, it's only this group I'm leaving,
not Usenet as a whole.

I admit, there are times where if I'd known where you lived, I'd have sent
you a turd through the post. There are also many things we'll never agree
on. But you do have one thing that seems to be lacking in a lot of other
posters - humour. And intelligence. That's two things. You don't always use
either of them wisely, but I'd rather argue to the point of frustration with
you than the other robotic planks who just repeat whatever Rafa or the SOS
morons are saying.

If you're ever round my way, I'll buy you a Guinness for sure.

I doubt Hitler will get a knighthood mate.

Good point, but the fact is we're stuck with God Save The Queen and half the
fuckers aren't singing it. It's a disgrace! The Armed Forces might not be
made up 100% of people who believe in the Monarchy, but they still fight for
"Queen and Country" and sing the anthem when required. Singing the anthem is
symbolic, it's "I'm playing/fighting for my country", not a personal
statement to say that the Queen is fantastic, we're not asking them to kiss
her on the minge or anything. Although I expect Rooney would be there like a
rat up a drainpipe if we did....
