dipper

Abbreviation for "bin dipper" aka scouser.

Derived from their habit of foraging in dustbins for food, clothing and
mating partners.

Can also be identified by foolish collective belief that Liverpool FC is a
major footballing power. Can be found in large (10,000 or so) numbers at a
local cesspit aka Anfailed. Although the number of meetings here tends to
decline as the calendar progresses towards May,
Look at that Dipper (cue shell suit, face full of phlegm if speaking).

Don't forget the curly perms and the bushy taches mate; are you in a coma
and trying to get back to your own time?

What makes me laugh is that every region has a sterotypical look; mine for
Mancs is a really short haircut with a straight gelled spikey fringe and a
tacky earring; obviously I know this is a minority look but it just sticks
in my noggin, a bit like the image you hold for scousers.

Cockney = Skin head, Skin tight jeans, Fred Perry t-shirt and braces with
boover boots

Brummie = Spikey headed plain clothed person with a puzzled expression.
