He was generally very good. I only question Muller's yellow card which

That's a stupid card. Had he picked a random number and book the
player with that number on his shirt, it couldn't have been more
random.

Mueller's card was ridiculous, considering that there were three
Argeninian handballs in the game that didn't result in cards.

Apart from that he could have shown Mascherano a yellow earlier, and
sent off Otamendi - but I think the more lenient style was good for
Germany overall. No big mistakes by the ref, and only these small
quibbles - a very good performance.
