From: Huw Morris on 29 Jul 2010 09:49 I always do the one at premierleague.com (and usually forget about it after 3 weeks!) but I've signed up for this as well. Any hints and tips for players new to the Yahoo game? Huw

A few preliminary tips. 1. Keep track of injuries-physioroom.com is a good source 2. read soccer sites and blogs, a favorite of mine is http://soccernet.espn.go.com/?cc=5901 every friday before the games they post a summation of each game with current injury news and starting info. 3. New players to the EPL are priced dirt cheap and can turn into huge bargains. Last year Thomas Vermalen of Arsenal was one such player. This year a hint, I will almost surely include David Silva of Man City on my starting team. 4. Keep track of the schedule. With Yahoo there are somthing called double weeks-during the season for one reason or another teams will play twice in a week. You get 2 games for the price of one and should change your lineup accordingly. 5. Don't be afraid to change your lineup according to games. If Chlesea is playing Blackpool you might want to buy a few Chelsea players that week Don't keep your team static. 6. I am sort of a fanatic, I am an American but read the Brit sports pages, 5 or 6 blogs, participate in a couple other groups, in short, information is key and you can't get too much of it. hope this helps, more throughtout the season Chrism velvet underground allstars RSS fantasy champ last two years.
