You won't see worse than that. Green should catch the place home with
Rio.

Replying to my own:

So has The Guardian. It's minute-by-minute has called it an own goal
by the keeper -- even if Dempsey officially has gotten credit for it.

In the prep match with Turkey a couple of weeks ago, Arda of the
Turkish side got a goal probably almost the way Gerrard did to put
them up 1-0. While the US eventually prevailed, the moaning both
before and after was how spotty the U.S. defense is. How I wish the
US could show command in the backfield like that of the Dutch
defenders de Boer or Koeman.

The constant droning of those damned plastic horns makes the coverage
unwatchable.

53' 1-1 (Gerrard 4' -- Dempsey 40')

Howard's getting bombarded in the early second half, but he not only
appears healthy -- he appears to be quite the keeper who will be the
man who has to carry this team as far as they will go in this
tournament.

Looking for substitutions in the back, though. England's already used
two subs. The US: None.
