It is likely a trip from behind since their bodies are far enough apart that no other contact occured. I can't be sure since the footage isn't adequate to see whether there was contact or not. If you don't know you have to accept what the ref (AR was less than 10 m away) saw. Imagining things isn't going to cut it.

The defender headed the ball, deliberately, but to who and where? Was he trying to deliberately head the ball forward, or backwards? If I was a ref, I wouldn't have given it.

The assistant ref was in a direct linear path with Fuclie and Adiyiah, so he may have been blocked. I will back off my estimate of 2 yards (distance btwn Fucile and Adiyiah), looking at it again, he was a bit closer when Adiyiah was receiving the ball, but when you look at the moment Adiyiah began to fall, at that point Fucile was closer to 2 yard away and distancing.
