How many times do you have to be told that "unsporting behavior" results in
a caution and yellow card? Even if you give out two cautions for UB,
resulting in an ejection, the ejection reason is receiving a second caution,
not either of the UBs.

"Straight red cards" (your term) can only be given for the seven offences
listed on Law 12, Fouls and Misconducts (page 35 of the 2010/2011 English
edition.)

I haven't seen this particular incident so I dont have an opinion on
it, but I'd like to know exactly what criteria renders any given
footage as "worthless."
