That's only your subjective opinion but it has nothing to do with the
rules of the game.

So Uruguay wins! They should have been up 2-0 but for the ref, and
the whole game would have been different. But as it was they nearly
blew it. Suarez is the Gerd Mueller of this tournament. They have to
play the way they did against Mexico in the quarters or they will
probably blow it again.

Latin America has one quarterfinalist and is guaranteed two more,
plus Paraguay has an excellent chance to make it four! In fact,
looking at the draw again, the only European team I would bet to see
in the semis is the winner of Portugal-Spain! Absolutely incredible.
