Of these teams 25 teams we didn't have Sweden, Russia, Poland,
Hungary, Czech, Austia, Belgium and Romania in World Cup 2010. Would
those nations have made WC 2010 better?

Which to replace N. Korea?
Laos
Mongolia
Cambodia
Afghanistan
Brunei
Guam
Bhutan Bhutan
Macau Macau
Timor-Leste

Which to replace Honduras?
Dominican Republic
St. Lucia
British Virgin Islands
Aruba
US Virgin Islands
Anguilla
Montserrat

You never know. Uruguay almost didn't even make the show and were one
game away from the Finals.

I think there is a problem with this list. It shows Czech as winning 12
matches.
The Czech Republic wasn't formed till 1 January 1993.
Since then we have had 5 World Cups. The Czech Republic has only attended
one of them (2006) and won one game.
The other half of the former Czechoslovakia (Slovakia) was at this year's WC
and won one game.
So the list contains the results of (the former) Czechoslovakia. Whether the
list includes the wins by the Czech Republic and Slovakia I didn't check out
but the question at the end (at least) should not have included Czech.
