Same with me, as I found the airport codes in my first search, and
even spent a few seconds wondering if they wer the key, but nothing
came to mind... Anyway, I like it.

I type really fast!

Heh. Good one.

I'm trying, but so far I couldn't come up with anyone that wasn't
already picked. I'm telling you, I suck at this (plus, I'm not paying
that much attention to football these days).

I don't think it's an "officially" recognized acronym, but how many
idiomatic phrases have this acronym? I guess that only one has, so
OIAW could be considered an unambiguous way to refer to "once in a
while".

It's OK. Please don't feel forced in any way to play! :) I just wanted
to highlight that Fantasy Scout is a "once in a while" game, so if you
like this philosophy... ;)

(Really: FS's spirit is (at least in my mind) "I've just seen an
interesting match, and I bet that that kid will do great things.
Indeed, he seems undervalued right now... Oh, this seems like a
Fantasy Scout line of thought. Has anybody picked him? [checks the
list] No! Great, I do it. [writes an e-mail to pick the player,
forgets about FS]", more than "I'm playing Fantasy Scout, so I've to
find a free player to pick. Who could I pick?")
