Actually, that's what I thought as well. And who knows, Capello
actually was a close witness to the Mazzola-Rivera "staffetta" in
WC1970, maybe he'll draw some inspiration from that.

I am half-joking, but if I were Capello and paying any attention to US
vulnerability on the wings, I would start two of Lennon, Walcott, and
SWP and bench one of Lampard or Gerrard (with Carrick as holding MF).
