Lampard and Barry are definitely the best midfield pairing. Shame
Barry looks like he'll miss out on the WC.

++ Gerrard was a monster for England in 2006... except that one lame
back pass :))

Lampard has never reached as high as Gerrard in big, big matches so
far...

OK, I've got it:
1. Start Lampard.
2. At the beginning of the second half, Gerrard in, Lampard out.
