Agreed on reflection.

OK fair enough. It's like that sometimes for keepers who don't get
enough action early. Lots of talk before hand and on the TV about
James, but we all know he got his nickname for a reason.

I agree if Heskey weren't a donkey England might have got the 2-1, but
we have donkeys too :-)

Altidore had the best chance in the 2nd half of either team so England
were lucky to draw as much as the US.
But no it was Heskeys fault for not scoring or the keeper for not
saving the shot or Lampard for continuisly passing the ball away or
lenon for running around like a headless turkey or Terry for not
defending...
Every favoured team is under pressure do you think the Brazilians
could play as poorly as England does and not get torn apart by the
press? You Limes cling to every word the press spew out telling you
how they are so great and 3rd favourite to win it all etc. then cry
when your poor little darlings are under too much pressure from
them. Algeria lost on a bad keeper mistake so they actually should
really have tied the game acording to most of you?

The New York Post is not American.

It is Rupert Murdoch trying to bring "journalism" which is the quality
of The Sun---who in the UK dares to say they actually pay for a copy
of The Sun---to the United States. Sure, he'll find American
consumers of the New York Post...the kind who think George W. Bush and
Tony Bliar (sic) were great leaders of their countries.

Is there anyone on this planet who has a sense of shame who would be
an employee of this creep?

Actually the British have had some victories.
