RSSSF Brazil http://www.rsssfbrasil.com/sel/brazil200203.htm tells us that these matches were "played by the olympic team representing the main team of Brazil in official "A" competitions. CBF, however, don't consider this match as "A"." The first e- mail about "Fantasy Scout - New rules?" dates back to August 2007, when Alberto (it wasn't me! :) ) proposed to add more nations (back then there were only 6 NTs) and to change the eligibility rule from "no caps before 2007" to "no caps at all".
