Ramsey injury"
Why in the world buy a 26 year old, arguable at the peak of his career, to
replace a 19 year old... Ramsey is also, in my opinion, better as an
offensive MF while Melo is more of a defensive.

And since the current view on Ramsey's recovery is quite optimistic, ie
that he might be back quite early next season, why bother? It's the next
two months which are critical for us, and we can't buy anyone for that
period.

I think the point Wenger is making is being missed.

Arsenal put a bid in for Melo last summer and I dont think Wenger is
making the point as regards a replacement for Ramsey more as a point to
beef up the midfield a side point to the accusation Arsenal are
lightweight there. Maybe Wenger is considering a plan B.

Ramsey was starting to show his class and would have kept that lazy
clown Denilson out of the team. What bad luck for him to get that
injury. Wales will miss him as well as he was awsome for them in a
recent match, he bossed the midfield and most of the play that day.
