Hey fellow RSSer's I started a new thread here because you all missed
the point.

The game was decided by Bent's shot hitting a big red beach ball that
was thrown onto to the field by a young kid sitting in the Liverpool
fan section. The shot hit the ball, took a wicked deflection and went
into the back of the net.

That said, Sunderland should have won the game 3-0 or 4-0. Bent missed
at least two shots on an open goal. The first 30 minutes of the game
was played at light speed and Liverpool was totally bewildered.

Liverpool had no, zero, none, offense withougt Torres and Gerrard.

Now onto other EPL issues. Chelsea got spanked by Villa. Drogba was
the only Chelsea player with a clue. When he leaves for the ANC
Chelsea is in big trouble. How many games is he away for?

ManU somehow won without Rooney and an at sea Berbatov and an over the
hill Owen. In essence with no strikers.

I think the table is in for a big shake up. If Torres is out for
awhile Liverpool plunges. Chelsea tanks while Drogba is gone. I think
the whole thing is wide open. Look for Villa, Everton, City, and even
Spurs to make a run. This year could be fun.

Dont hold your breath. It'll be another United Chelsea toe to toe
until the end,

Don't forget about Arsenal, back in the top 4 now with a game in hand
on the three ahead of them (though Man City, just two points behind
them, have TWO in hand on the top 3), a reduced ANC liability this
year, and the top GD in the table.
