India should get a special bye into next FIFA world cup...with 1

India should be considered for special quota in next world cup..it
will make the world
cup more exciting...the worst they can do is get beaten in all 3 first
round games like
a few teams have done now...but at least it will provide excitement
for 1 billion
people more than the current football fan following...

Not a bad idea. I would give a bye to China as well.

Isn't India a joke that get thrashed even by Asian's minnows ?
Surely, if there was interest for football in the country, they would be at
least decent judging by asian standards. (like China)

In the 2010 qualifiers, they lost to Lebanon in the first round (1-4, 2-2).
Lebanon then moved on to lose their 6 group games (against Saudi Arabia,
Singapour and Uzbekistan)

Why not throw in Pakistan and Indonesia too? The more crappy teams we
get in the World Cup - the happier the jerks at FIFA will be.

FIFA should also ban TV cameras from the stadiums, so that the public
never sees the obscene ref calls in the World Cup.

FIFA- - the only sports organization in the World where people with
mental disabilities are treated with respect and appointed to the
highest positions, and where visual impairment is no obstacle to being
a referee.

FIFA won't let them play barefoot see the 1950 WC where they withdrew.
