You can usually tell where a penalty is going by watching the "off" foot--it nearly always points where the ball is going, and some keepers go by this. Gyan actually pointed his left foot very slightly to his right, then shot slightly to his left as the keeper went in the direction he had pointed. Well done. I think the ball is turning out to be a bigger problem for outfield players than keepers. They often seem to have no idea where it's going to bounce or what it's going to do when it does. DK
