Ahem. How many England players pledged allegiance before the world
cup ? Why should Gerrard ?

Fact is, two seasons ago he said he was going nowhere. Thats it. Stop
making rumours.

Liverpool didnt win the league so the media wanted Gerard to leave.
They took 6 years to get Rafa sacked, 6 years of bloody hard
conspiring too. Attention will now focus on Torres, and a rift between
Kenny and Hodgson. Dont you love the papers.
