Who'd have thought it, when he left Old Trafford?

He's been a massive inspiration to Uruguay, just as he was at Old
Trafford. Only these days, he knows where the net is....

Same people that hounded Forlan out of Old Trafford are now trying to
get rid of Berbatov

Sadly, you're right.

Always rated Forlan - he used to frustrate a lot, too, but I don't feel
he really had a chance to properly settle.

But when you look back, he created utter chaos in and around the box,
drawing attention away from others.

He's always been a class player, sadly the media and then the more
ignorant fans got on his back and never got off. I'm happy that he's
now getting the accolades he's always deserved. Great players don't
suddenly stop being great players but they occasionally can have a
spell of bad luck/poor form, it's the clubs that have the patience to
stick it out that benefit in the end.
