I just think Maradona doesn't want any veterans around to challenge his
authority.

My head says England wins 2-0.

My heart......

Partly. I haven't posted my Italy preview yet so you'll know why after
reading it but I couldn't bear the thought of seeing Cannavaro or Terry
or Gerrard, three players I absolutely despite, holding aloft the WC
trophy. There are several players on the Spain squad I can't stand
either and no prizes for guessing their names.

Milito did a job. Inter conceded too much possession in midfield and
that's as a direct consequence of Motta's absence. Against Barca in the
San Siro he was superb, he makes Cambiasso look good.

But they dont' have Finidi George or JJ Okocha. I don't know that
they can break down the Greeks.....

I figured you just like Brazil, Holland and Germany's football, plus
like you say they have no offensive personalities (with the possible
exception of spoiled brat Robinho) and their coaches are lowkey.
