Spain, France, Germany have one team, and areas like Castille, Aragon, Bavaria, Burgundy had their own "kings" and languages in the past..just like Scotland, England...

Nor should age matter if he hires able assistants, and lays out broad strategy /tactics. Of course if Alex F. is not interested it is a different matter. gsn
