From: milivella on 19 May 2010 05:31 You can play (and win the whole thing!) even if you haven't done it so far. Who will win: Guarani or Cruzeiro? (the match will be played Sunday = May 23) --- Rule: the first person to have a streak of 5 correct predictions in a row will win the game. (If you don't predict or your team draws, the streak is not broken: it only happens when your team loses.) Current streak: 3 Futbolmetrix 3 Jesus Petry 3 Mark V. 2 Clément 2 Sid 1 milivella 1 WOTMan 0 Enzo 0 Manx Gunner 0 MH 0 The Doctor 0 Werner Pichler Previous round: http://groups.google.com/group/rec.sport.soccer/browse_thread/thread/0118458d69e3521c# --- My divination: Guarani! -- Cheers milivella

I pick Cruzeiro. I was just reading about Guarani. According to Wikipedia they were in the third division just two seasons ago, and were promoted in consecutive years! That's not the only weird stuff about them. They are in the second flight of São Paulo State League and almost fell to the third this year. And besides Santos, who are a special case, they are the only League champions to come from a state countryside city. Tchau! Jesus Petry
