That's about how I remember his time at Zaragoza, always amongst the top scorers.

Funny how a BIG club didn't see his potential, except Inter at the age of 31.

Inter just collects whoever does well in Serie A, as he was playing in Spain they were clueless to his potential before his season at Genoa. I am surprised he hadn't gotten to a better club earlier given his consistent goalscoring for Zaragoza.

Yeah, but Milan, Juve, Roma, etc didn't collect him. Thye had the chance the same as Inter. > I am surprised he hadn't gotten to a better club earlier given his > consistent goalscoring for Zaragoza. Some players mature with age like an excellent Barolo;)

Thye had the chance the > same as Inter. Have you gone over to the dark side, or what? Inter spends more money than any other club, that's why they get everyone and anyone who makes a name in Serie A. Yes Milan's scouting is terrible but they don't have a open ended budget like Inter either. What Inter does is called hoarding and it's been going on for more than a decade but has only started work in the last few years. > > I am surprised he hadn't gotten to a better club earlier given his > > consistent goalscoring for Zaragoza. > > Some players mature with age like an excellent Barolo;)
