Ballack runs past a Cluj defender... NO CONTACT AT ALL... literally
none. Zero. Let's be clear here... this was a BLATANT DIVE.

Yellow card for the Cluj man, free kick to Chelsea, resulting in a goal.

SCUM.

Play like that should be sanctioned. UEFA should review the tape and
give Ballack a red card after the fact and a fine, to boot. Cheating
needs to be stamped out of the game once and for all. If severe, even
"unfair" punishments to those who engage in are required, so be it.

OK, but what did you think of the free kick Eboue won in the CL final
vs. Barcelona a couple of years back ?

Be careful MH, you might short-circuit his brain.

Someone always tries to pull the above BS as if it washes anything away
about the issue at hand. It's intellectually dishonest, you know.

As far as diving is concerned, I would be delighted if conclusive video
proof of diving began resulting in minimum 5-game suspensions for those
caught doing it (going down with NO contact), with lesser suspensions
for those who appear to have gone down easy.

As for Eboue, if you happened to catch 'You're On Sky Sports' last
night, you've already heard my opinion of him. Here's what I wrote:

"Gents,

1st thank you for an enjoyable program.

2nd of course the Arsenal fans give Eboue a hard time. We hold our
football to a higher standard than most fans in Europe and that includes
the players. Eboue is a cheat in-line with Cristiano Ronaldo and we
want him to shapen up or ship out. His behavior makes him unworthy of
the Arsenal kit... it really is that simple."

That is why I stay away from watching games as a referee, and
concentrating on the football.

1. Impossible for the ref to get EVERYTHING.
2. Much more fun to talk about the football, than about which whistle
was or wasn't blown.
3. Invariably, the calls will the way of your team sometimes, or one
of your players will "dive" or something.

FWIW, as far your question, apparently Arsenal fans have no love lost
for Eboue anyway.
