From: liam* on 9 Mar 2007 04:30 I was speaking to someone yesterday about the Milan adventure and we were talking about the positive relationship between the Milan and Celtic fans. You could see the Celtic fans turn and clap the Milan fans at the end of the game. I assume the Milan fans were clapping our guys. Especially since there has been alot of bad publicity associated with Italian fans recently and obviously Celtic fans were sitting with our lhads....well done the bhoys and ghirls... My mate was also saying that some sort of political demo had been organised in Milan by Celtic fans to commemorate the work of the Partisans against Mussolini's fascists. I was wondering if anyone could confirm this please. It's a nice political topic to get involved in.
