Well, it _was_ a very bad off day for Brasil. The fact that the Dutch
knew what buttons to push and they pushed all of them is no excuse.

More than half a century ago. For all intents and purposes
Italy can be regarded as a World Cup regular (as well
as the drama usually surrounding it!)

Not *directly* qualifying at least. They still would have
been able to make it through the play-offs.
