The passage from the King James Translation is mistranslated for the Hebrew term for the planet Venus, and was a title of the King of Babylon, but maybe he did not know that? His usage and transliteration of Hebrew indicated that he was definately NOT fluent. In fact he did not speak the language, but he did look up Hebrew words used in Freemasonry. So, he bought into a myth found in several Christian denominations. Thanks for pointing out that Pike was a Christian, not that most people really care. |
