Which is why EPL teams have now managed to win exactly half the CL titles as Serie A teams this decade and been represented in just two extra final berths. If you are going to troll at least be good at it.

Nothing from the two WC's even. A handball not in a final <> > top 100 IMO The focus was on "notable", not great or magnanimous, something that will be remembered when people look back on this decade. The Henry incident was THE talking point of the football world for days, had heads of state involved, and had an almost entire nation ashamed of its victory, That's rare, and notable. And just for the record, I did inlcude the Zidane WC final incident, at the very top of the list.

The UCL is not just the final, but a whole tournament, and EPL teams have done exceptionally well in it last few years, and certainly better than Serie A clubs. Also, head to head EPL have dominanted, and on many occasions even humiliated, Serie A clubs this decade. Seriously, you have got to be kidding.

If it was old school, Henry might get some "special" treatment (IIRC these days attackers are much better protected) or if the World Cup was in Europe, I'm pretty sure large sections of crowds'd boo Henry mercilessly. |
